I don’t often leave reviews, but this one is well deserved! I bought a new build a year ago, and after a few months of trying to get a situation straight with the builder and the warranty, this company was assigned—and has THE BEST, and I mean THE BEST, communication I’ve ever experienced. I was speaking with and texting Jenny daily, which was incredibly convenient with my work schedule. There wasn’t a single day in the process that I wasn’t informed.
The tech who came out, Flavio, was absolutely amazing as well. I have a high-risk pregnancy, and instead of tearing up my shower as instructed, he noticed that level of work wasn’t necessary and that he could single-handedly solve the entire issue. He did just that—problem-solved and fixed everything himself while communicating with me every step of the way.
